Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management – Special Chance Exam Notice

The Office of the Dean, Kirtipur, announces a Special Chance Examination in Shrawan 2082 for students whose maximum programme duration ended by 2024. This opportunity is open for students enrolled in the following programmes:

Eligible Programmes

Bachelor’s Level:

• BBA, BIM, BBM, BPA, BMS, BHM, BBA-F, BTTM

Master’s Level:

• MBS, MPA, MHM, MTTM, MBM, MATS, MBA, MBA GLM, MBA IT

How to Apply

• Visit your college/campus in person to fill out the exam form.

• Clearly mention each session and subject you are applying for.

• Attach the required documents and original bank voucher.

• Submit the form to your campus by 2082/02/20.

Form Submission by Campuses

• Campuses must organize the submitted forms by semester and roll number.

• They must send the compiled student details (signed and electronic) to mgmtdean.exam@gmail.com by 2082/02/26.

Exam Fee Structure

• Bachelor’s Level: NPR 3,000 per session

• MBS/MPA: NPR 1,500 per session

• Other Master’s Programmes: NPR 3,500 per session

• Late Fee (2082/02/21 to 2082/02/26): NPR 2,500 per session

Note: Late or incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Important Instructions

• Attach a copy of your grade sheet from regular, carry-over, or missed exams.

• Forms without grade sheets will be rejected.

• Forms are available at the Examination Division.

Student Responsibility

• Fill the form carefully, including all required details like session, subjects, roll number, specialization, and elective codes.
