Introduction

The United College is dedicated to communicating with parents, employees, students and teachers. A meaningful relationship with our stakeholders is something else we are concerned about. To inform our stakeholders, we prefer to use a range of media and strategies.

Objectives

  • Communicate with stakeholders about the colleges’ operations and build cooperative partnerships with them.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a plan for public information and communication.
  • Use EMIS, websites and social media to disseminate information.
  • Organize an interaction program with faculty, staff, students and guardians.
  • Publish magazine, newsletter, prospectus, annual reports and articles.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and analyse it.
  • Organize a media mobilization program.
