Introduction
During their time at United College, students have the opportunity to participate in a range of extracurricular programs that will help them develop their skills, bring social contacts, look good on a resume, and provide constructive respite from studying.
Objectives
- To enhance the ability to organize and carry out extracurricular activities.
- To ensure that all facets of the students’ personalities are nurtured.
- Expansion of sports facilities and opportunities to participate in sporting events.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop an ECA plan and follow it thoroughly.
- Encourage students to take part in the ECA so that they may get the most out of their learning opportunities.
- Expand and develop facilities for ECA and sports.
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external agencies to improve ECA.
- Organize training on topics such as student training, numerical skills, teamwork, information utilization, personality development, and so on.
- Arrange for an excursion.
- Organize sporting events.
- Allow all students to participate in soft skill development activities.
- Organize a TOT (Training of Trainers) workshop for the trainers.
