Introduction

During their time at United College, students have the opportunity to participate in a range of extracurricular programs that will help them develop their skills, bring social contacts, look good on a resume, and provide constructive respite from studying.

Objectives

  • To enhance the ability to organize and carry out extracurricular activities.
  • To ensure that all facets of the students’ personalities are nurtured.
  • Expansion of sports facilities and opportunities to participate in sporting events.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop an ECA plan and follow it thoroughly.
  • Encourage students to take part in the ECA so that they may get the most out of their learning opportunities.
  • Expand and develop facilities for ECA and sports.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external agencies to improve ECA.
  • Organize training on topics such as student training, numerical skills, teamwork, information utilization, personality development, and so on.
  • Arrange for an excursion.
  • Organize sporting events.
  • Allow all students to participate in soft skill development activities.
  • Organize a TOT (Training of Trainers) workshop for the trainers.
