Register as an AlumniThroughout your time at United College and beyond, you may require various official certificates for academic, administrative, or career purposes. We ensure that every document is issued accurately, promptly, and in accordance with official guidelines.
Character Certificates: These can be collected from the Documentation Office during working hours. We recommend completing all library and financial clearances beforehand to ensure faster service.
Note: Now, students can request their Character Certificate online.

ECA/CCA Certificates: Awarded to students who excel in extracurricular and co-curricular activities, including sports, arts, and debates. These certificates are issued by the ECA department. For inquiries about lost or missing certificates, please contact the ECA department at 9801870604 or email roshaneca@united.edu.np.
Well-structured, realistic, evidence-based, and credible recommendation letters are crucial when pursuing opportunities beyond the classroom. United College provides professional letters of recommendation for higher studies, scholarships, internships, and employment.
Campus Chief/Principal’s Recommendation: A formal and authoritative letter is required for competitive programs and official academic processes.
Standard Recommendation Letter: Issued by subject teachers, program coordinators, or faculty members for general academic or skill-based evaluations.
Processing: Please allow up to 3 working days for the processing of all recommendation letters from the date of request.
United College issues recommendation letters for students applying for:
Transcript: Graduated students must apply to the Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) in Balkhu. You will need your registration number, all grade sheets, and a payment voucher. Submit all documents together; transcripts are typically ready for collection within 20 days.
Bachelor's Degree Fees:

Migration Certificate: Issued to students transferring to another institution. Passed-out students must submit the form and collect the certificate from TU.
Provisional Certificate: A temporary certificate provided by TU until the official degree is available.
Note: Always have your Bachelor's registration number and grade sheets ready when applying for TU certificates.
If your original certificate is lost or damaged, you can apply for a replacement:
The college will forward your application to the OCE, Balkhu, for official reissuance. Please note that additional verification time may apply.
The college will coordinate with TU to update your records accurately.
