TU BCA and BSW Eligibility Criteria 2026

There are two categories of TU BCA eligibility criteria 2026, depending upon when you have passed your Grade 12.

For Students Who Passed Grade 12 From 2079 BS Onwards

• Minimum D grade in each subject of Grade 11 and Grade 12
• CGPA of 1.8 or above
• Minimum second division marks in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent in any discipline
• Students from any stream, whether Science, Management, or Humanities, are eligible to apply
• A-Level pass students are also eligible

One thing that needs to be kept in mind in the matter: Students who have cleared the Grade 11 and are now waiting for their Grade 12 results/ grade improvement results can apply for TU BCA Entrance Exam 2026 as well. But, it is important to note that you’ll need to submit your Grade 11 and Grade 12 certificates along with other documents during admission.

For Students Who Passed Grade 12 Before 2079 BS

• Minimum D+ grade in each subject of Grade 11 and Grade 12
• CGPA of 2.0 or above
• Minimum second division marks in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent in any discipline

There is no stream restriction for either category. BCA admission in Nepal after Plus Two is open to students from all streams, which is one reason why this program attracts such a large number of applicants every year.

TU BCA Entrance Exam Fee 2026

The BCA entrance fee in Nepal for the 2026 batch is NPR 1,500.

For Batch 2026, BCA entrance exam fee in Nepal will be NPR 1,500.

Payment can only be done via eSewa or Khalti. There is no provision to pay via cash or bank deposit in any form at any stage. Payment done is non-refundable whether you take part in the exam or not.

In case of applying for the double fee time period which is from 6 to 10 August 2026, then you will have to pay more than NPR 1,500. Double fee amount will be notified on the entrance portal when that window will open.

Apply early. It doesn’t give you any advantage to wait for any reason.

TU BCA Entrance Exam Date and Center 2026
